Just 5 days after you see him on our stage at K92.3 “All Star Jam,” Zach John King is set to release his full-length debut album on August 28th.
The 20-song debut album is called “I’m What You Get” and will feature his current radio hit “Get To Drinkin.”
It will also feature his latest release, “Hot To Not,” the song he released in honor of his Dad Erick that passed away unexpectedly back in July.
About his debut album, ZJK said, “I wanted to make a project that took all the good and the bad parts of me and just laid it out there.”
He added, “I just really wanted to write about exactly who I am — some people might love it, and some people might not and that’s fine. And I’ve gotten more comfortable with that too. I think this project makes a statement of ‘take it or leave it, this is me.”
About the writing process, Zach John King told Music Row, “When I was in the writing process, my hope was that anyone could listen to this record from start to finish and see that it’s 100% me.”
Zach just wrapped up touring with Morgan Wallen on his “Still the Problem” tour and will join Riley Green, Luke Combs and Thomas Rhett for tour dates later this year, too.
Don’t forget that you can see Zach John King on the K92.3 All Star Jam stage on Sunday, August 23rd. He will be joining Cole Swindell, Chris Young, Dustin Lynch and more as 7 artists take our stage in one night. For tickets and more information on “All Star Jam,” you can click HERE.
