5 things you never knew about Jingle Jam artist Niko Moon

Niko Moon was just announced as another amazing artist joining us on our stage at our 5th annual K92.3 Jingle Jam at the Apopka Amphitheater on December 6th.

Next, just to be safe, let’s get you prepared with a great question or comment for him! So, here are five things about Niko Moon that you probably didn’t know.

1. Ask him about the first concert he ever went to. That concert was Amy Grant and Niko was only 5-years old!

2. Niko has ink! The very first tattoo he got is on his left arm and it’s a tree. What’s the significance of the tree? It’s a Celtic Tree of Life and it features his Mom’s name, Valerie.

3. Niko didn’t have a fancy recording studio when he first started out. If you meet him, ask him about the laundry room! He recorded the entire “Good Time” album at home in a laundry room they turned into a home studio.

4. If you ask him his favorite song he’s ever sat down and wrote, it might not be one of his own songs. Did you know he’s also co-written HUGE songs like “Homegrown” and “Loving You Easy” by Zac Brown Band and “Gone” by Dierks Bentley?

5.If you have a fear of flying, you and Niko already have something in common! Despite touring all over the world, he’s not a huge fan of flying and has an irrational fear of it, which you can see him talking about below.
