K92FM SHAKE YOUR WAY TO THE CMA'S CONTEST RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:
Making a purchase will not improve the chances of winning. The contest begins FRIDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2011 and ends on or about Friday, OCTOBER 28, 2011 (“Contest Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal U.S. residents of the ORLANDO, FL Metro area as defined by Arbitron, Inc, and who are age 13 years of age or older. Employees of COX MEDIA GROUP AND CARL BLACK CHEVROLET, Carl Black GMC, Carl Black Buick, and their respective parent, affiliate, subsidiary and successor companies and members of the immediate families or households of such employees are not eligible. Immediate family shall include spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren and any other person residing within the same household. Void where prohibited.
TO ENTER:
To participate in the Contest, there is (1) way to enter:
1. You must come to Carl Black Chevrolet on east colonial drive in Orlando, from 6-8pm and dance for approx. 30 seconds. Top performers from october 21st and october 25th will be chosen and their video clips will be posted on K92FM.com. Voting will begin on october 26th and end on october 27th. Person with the most votes will be chosen as the winner on October 28th.
A maximum of one (1) entry per person is permitted in this Contest. Duplicate entries will be eliminated. Must be 13 years or older to enter. If minor should win contest, minr must travel with legal parent or guardian.
PRIZE:
A maximum of one (1) Winner per household is permitted in this Contest. Winner can not have won a prize from Cox Media Group within the last 30 days.
WINNERS:
Entrants agree that K92FM has the sole right to determine the winners of the contest and all matters or disputes arising from the contest and that its determination is final and binding. K92FM may modify or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
All prizes, unless otherwise stated in advance by K92FM, must be picked up by the contest winner in person at the offices of K92FM 92.3FM (4192 N.John Young Parkway, Orlando FL 32804) Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30:00am & 5:30pm, unless otherwise closed due to holiday or inclement weather. The contest winner will be asked to provide their social security number and a form of photo identification, which will be photocopied for K92FM contest files. Winners will receive an IRS form 1099 for the value is unsatisfactory. The contest winner will have a period of 3 days to claim their prize upon notification by K92FM that the prize is available. If a prize is not claimed by the contest winner within 3 days after notification by K92FM, the prize will be forfeited and therefore remains the property of K92FM. Contest prizes are not transferable. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, costs or other expenses arising out of their acceptance of the prize.
When a prize or any accumulation of prizes won by the WWKA K92FM contest winner during the course of a calendar year has a value of $600 or more, the contest winner will be sent a 1099 IRS form in the mail once the calendar year has ended. In the event that this could occur, the contest winner must always sign a release. The payment of federal, state and local taxes for any and all prizes is the sole responsibility of the contest winner.
GENERAL: By participating, entrants agree: (a) to the Official Rules, and any modifications thereof, and to the decisions of the judges, the sponsor and it agents, which decisions shall be final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes; (b) to authorize WWKA K92FM, its licensee ORLANDO Radio, their respective parent, subsidiary affiliate and successor companies and each of their respective officers, directors, agents and employees ("Released Parties") to use their name, voice, photo, likeness and biographical data for programming, advertising promotional purposes in any media without compensation, unless prohibited by law; (c) to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties from any liability, claims, losses, damages and injuries arising directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from their participation in the sweepstakes and/or the acceptance and use of any prize; and (d) that Released Parties are not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, busy signals, deletion, malfunction, defect or delay of any kind in telephone calls, radio transmissions or on-line or internet submissions or for the failure of WWKA K92FM to receive telephone calls for any reason or for any computer or software malfunction of any kind affecting the proper execution of this sweepstakes, for late, lost, illegible, delayed, misdirected or damaged mail or entries or for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Contest or in the announcement of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, change the dates of or terminate the sweepstakes in its entirety or partially should it become technically corrupted for any reason or because of non-authorized human intervention or for any other reason as determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor.
