True icons of ‘90s country radio, Central Florida’s own Sawyer Brown burst onto the country music scene in 1980s after winning the grand prize on Star Search, quickly becoming known for their high-energy performances and genre-blending style. With a sound all their own, they racked up more than 50 charting singles, including ‘90s country staples like “Some Girls Do,” “Thank God for You,” “The Walk” and “This Time.” In 2024, the band released Desperado Troubadours, their first new album in nearly two decades, co-produced by longtime fan Blake Shelton.
