Don’t let anything stop you.” Fallon also jokingly told the outgoing seniors, “You won’t be classmates anymore. You’ll be adults who Facebook search each other at 2 in the morning for the next 10 years.” Here’s a video that was taken by someone in the crowd for part of his speech…

BuzzFeed Puts Together List Of 27 Things People Wish They Knew Before Getting Married

BuzzFeed asked its readers to share the things they wish they’d known before tying the knot. Here are 12 of the best responses (check out the full list at the link):

  1. “Making communication your biggest priority is crucial. My husband and I are at a point where we can say, ‘I hear you and I disagree’ without arguing. Well, except when the conversation is about Kanye.”
  2. “That you don’t have to do everything together all the time.”
  3. “That you don’t have to follow societal norms. My husband and I sleep in different rooms because it works for us. We sleep better and thus, like each other more.”
  4. “That my spouse isn’t a mind reader. Just because how you feel is obvious to you doesn’t mean it’s obvious to them.  Tell them what you need them to know.”
  5. “I didn’t realize how difficult dealing with in-laws would be. I had to learn how to communicate with a family that works very differently than mine does.”
  6.  “That marriage is fighting about ridiculous things like both of you knowing the milk in the fridge is expired and neither of you throwing it out.”
  7. “I wish I knew my husband’s spending habits. I discovered pretty quickly after we were married that I’d have to be in charge of the budget so that he doesn’t blow money on things we don’t need.”
  8.  “I wish I knew what a pain in the a** it is to change your last name.”
  9. “I wish I’d known I was a lesbian before I married a man. Do some self-reflection before you jump into something just because you feel pressured to do so.”
  10. “Know your spouse’s beliefs about having children and raising them. The biggest arguments my husband and I have been over how to raise our kids!”
  11. “That graciously and quietly picking up some slack when your partner forgets to close the closet door or wash the dishes goes a long way to keep the peace.”
  12. “That sometimes just sitting in silence together is the most satisfying thing ever.”

Maren Morris and her husband, Ryan Hurd just tied the knot… wonder if they knew all this stuff about each other?

Melbourne Lady Has Cockroach Crawl In Her Ear

If you think your Monday is rough, just be glad you’re not THIS lady.  A 29-year-old woman named Katie Holley from Melbourne, Florida had a COCKROACH crawl into her ear while she was sleeping last month.

She told the entire story to “Self” magazine, where they covered it in DEEP detail.  Here’s how it went down . . .

  1. The cockroach crawled into Katie’s ear in the middle of the night.  She could immediately tell that something was wrong, so she went to the bathroom.
  2. She stuck a Q-Tip in there . . . and when she pulled it out, all that was stuck to it were TWO COCKROACH LEGS.  She asked her husband to pull it out with tweezers, but he just got two more legs.  So they rushed to the ER.
  3. While they waited, Katie could feel the roach scratching and exploring in her ear canal.
  4. The ER doctor used a shot of lidocaine to numb Katie’s ear and kill the roach.  Then he pulled it out, chunk by chunk.
  5. But that wasn’t the end.  When the numbness subsided, Katie’s ear still felt weird.  So a week later, she went to her doctor . . . who looked in her ear and realized the ER doctor HADN’T gotten all of the pieces of the roach carcass.
  6. Katie’s doctor flushed her ear, pulled out six more pieces of the roach, and made her an emergency appointment with an ear-nose-and-throat specialist for later that day.
  7. The ENT found even MORE pieces of the roach in her ear, and pulled out the entire head, the upper torso, and more legs.  And he said that was definitely it.
  8. And it appears that was true.  After NINE days with the roach in her ear, Katie finally had all of it removed.
  9. Once it was over, she and her husband had pest control out to their house immediately to spray . . . and she’s going to start sleeping with earplugs.

Channing Tatum- Having A Hard Time Splitting With Jenna Dewan

ANYONE who is in a relationship for multiple years, and has a kid together, is going to need adjusting when it comes to a split. That’s a major change in your life, whether it’s a good change or a bad change, it’s going to take time. Channing Tatum is no different. Sources say he is having a tough time adjusting to his split with ex Jenna Dewan. The breakup has “been hard for Channing,” a source close to the couple, both 37, tells PEOPLE. “He always had Jenna and their family to go home to, so having their separation be ‘official’ now has been a big adjustment for him.” Which would be hard for anyone. Like we stated earlier, whether it’s a good one or bad one, its an adjustment. Can’t blame him for that. As for Dewan, a second source says, “Jenna has a super-packed schedule and a ton of girlfriends to lean on and spend time with. Her life isn’t really changing … if anything, she’s just busier.” So, it’s obvious that the “source” is a friend of Jenna’s. LOL According to PEOPLE both Dewan and Tatum have been spotted out and about  without their wedding rings since jointly announcing their split on April 2.

5 Intersting Facts About Siblings

National Sibling Day takes place every year in the U.S. on April 10. The holiday was conceived in the ’90s by New York resident Claudia Evart after she lost both of her siblings early in life. Evart now runs the Siblings Day Foundation, which aims to make Sibling Day federally recognized like Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. For those of you who have siblings, here are five facts about them you might not have been aware of:

  1. Your siblings literally shape who you are. Whether you consciously realize it or not, you actually learn a whole lot about life from your siblings. Even though you’re mostly influenced by your parents, a brother or sister can teach you all you need to know about some of the more informal skills in life, like how to act at school or how to seem “cool” around your friends.
  2. Having a younger sibling is good for your health. According to a recent study led by researchers at the University of Michigan, becoming a big brother or sister before a certain age can lower your risk of becoming obese. In the study, the birth of a new sibling is associated with a healthier body mass index, especially if the older sibling is between the ages of 2 and 4 at the time of the child’s birth.
  3. The youngest sibling is the funniest. Research from YouGov shows, in a general sense, birth order can shape your personality. For example, the oldest child in a family tends to feel a greater weight of responsibility, while younger siblings characterize themselves as more easygoing, relaxed and, of course, funny.
  4. Sisters protect their siblings from feeling blue. A study from Brigham Young University finds having a sister, even if she’s younger than you, protects you from feelings of loneliness, guilt, fear and self-consciousness, especially if you’re a young teen.
  5.  Having a sibling of the opposite sex can help you get dates. In Jeffrey Kluger’s book  The Sibling Effect, he includes tons of fun facts—all backed up by science—about sibling relationships shows, when you pair people up in a speed-dating scenario, the men who grew up with sisters tend to be much better at conversing with the opposite sex, compared with those who grew up with brothers or as only children. And the same turned out to be true for women who have brothers, as well.

And just because… Here’s a picture of the Weasley siblings from Harry Potter:

Rachel McAdams And Boyfriend Welcomes Baby Boy Into The World

Rachel McAdams has welcomed a baby boy, according to Hollywood Pipeline. Photos published by the outlet show the 29-year-old Canadian actress and her screenwriter boyfriend Jamie Linder stepping out for lunch together. Linder can be seen carrying a baby in his arms. Sources say the parents were gushing about what a “good sleeper” and “good sleeper” the child is. McAdams, who most famously dated her former  Notebook co-star Ryan Gosling, began dating Linder in 2016 and has remained very private about their relationship.

“Dilly Dilly” & 20 More Phrases Are Banned From The Masters

A few days back, there was talk that ‘Dilly Dilly’ was included on a list of phrases that were banned from the Masters this weekend . . . and if anyone shouted them during play, security would immediately kick them out.

Now, the site SkratchTV claims it has the full, ‘official list’ of phrases banned at Augusta.  It’s so ridiculous that it’s almost surely a joke . . . but so is the idea that they would specifically BAN anyone from saying ‘Dilly Dilly,’ so who knows.

In any event, here’s the full list . . . just for fun:

  1. “Dilly Dilly”
  2. “Baba Booey”
  3. “Mashed Potatoes”
  4. “You Da/The Man”
  5. “I Love Martha Burk”
  6. “Sweep the Leg Johnny”

And it keeps going!

  1. “Annika Sorenstam Loves Trapeze”  (???)
  2. “Free Meek” . . . (Mill?)
  3. “Dinklage for President”
  4. “To Infinity and Beyonnnnnd”
  5. “Activate the Glutes”
  6. “Jimmy Carter Eats Peanuts”
  7. “Hey Security, Can You Pick Me Out of This Sea of People?”
  8. “R.I.P. Harambe”
  9. “Nobody beats the Wiz”
  10. “Brandel’s My Daddy”
  11. “Bikini Wax”
  12. “Drive It Miss Daisy”
  13. “(Insert Band Name) Should Be in the Rock ‘N’ Roll Hall of Fame”
  14. “Can You Hear Me Now? (Good)”
  15. “Hashtag (Anything)”

The fact that it DOESN’T include “GET IN THE HOLE!” basically proves it’s a satirical list.  By the way, even though there were rumors that there was some sort of list of banned phrases, we don’t know that for sure.

And it seems strange that they’d ban particular phrases, as opposed to the ACT of shouting to disrupt the golfers.  Because ultimately, why does it matter?
