44-Year-Old Has Gone to Disneyland for 2,000 Straight Days

On Thursday in Anaheim, California, 44-year-old Jeff Reitz went to Disneyland—for the 2,000th consecutive day. He began venturing to the famous amusement park back in 2012 as a means of lifting his spirits while unemployed. Reitz landed a job in 2014, but kept right on going. The Air Force veteran tells The OC Register that he remembers riding the Matterhorn with his mom when he was 2 years old. “I have memories of riding it with my mom and holding onto my blankie,” he says. “I love sitting in the front row, holding the handle and leaning into the turns.” His current pass is good through 2018. Woman Pulls Gun Out In Drive Thru Because She Was Shorted Chicken Nugget

We have all been shorted a chicken nugget before… or maybe it was a full cheeseburger… the point is, it happens. But this woman was not allowing it. A 19-year-old ordered some chicken nuggets at Jack in the Box near Tacoma, Washington last Sunday.  And she was angry because the line of cars was so long…. so of course she was already in a bad mood that just seemed to get worse when she didn’t get her drink right away . . . she claimed something was wrong with it . . . and also claimed they shorted her one chicken nugget. Apparently the missing nugget pushed her over the edge, because she launched her drink through the drive-thru window with a GUN in her hands! And there’s more! There were two other people in the car with her . . . an 18-year-old guy and a 14-year-old girl. And they must have all been angry because when the employees closed the window, the 14-year-old got out and started throwing fists at it.  Then the driver took her handgun and aimed it at the workers through the window before driving off. Someone of course got her license plate number while all that was going on and police tracked her down at the house where the car was registered.  They found her hiding in the attic of the garage, and both passengers were arrested too. The driver is facing three counts of assault in the first degree, and pleaded not guilty on Monday.  She blames the workers, and says the whole thing could have been avoided if they’d just gotten her order right… Because they deserve to have a gun pointed a them if they’re busy and overwhelmed and mess something up, right? NO!

George Clooney Sells Tequila For LARGE Amount of Money

Well it looks like both of George Clooney’s newborn twins never have to work a day in their lives now that he sold Casamigos, the tequila company he owns with Cindy Crawford’s husband, Rande Gerber. He sold it to Diageo for…. get ready for this… $1 billion. George Clooney told CNBC via email “If you asked us four years ago if we had a billion dollar company, I don’t think we would have said yes, but we’re not going anywhere. We’ll still be very much a part of Casamigos. Starting with a shot tonight. Maybe two.” Clooney and Gerber are reportedly staying with the company once the purchase goes through so they will still have a say and a part of  what goes on with the company.

Ashton Kutcher Use To See Wife, Mila Kunis As “Little Sister”

If you don’t know the back story of Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, it’s an epic love story. The two were on a show together back when they were both young… like younger than 20! And they played a couple who was madly in love with each other. So of course, the fact that 20 YEARS LATER the two are married and have two kids is the best thing in the world. But Ashton Kutcher has recently revealed that he didn’t always have romantic feelings for Mila Kunis. “We’ve known each other for 20 years. I was 19, she was like 14. I did her chemistry homework for her,” he explained in a recent radio interview. “I think I was her first kiss, like, on the show… It was really weird. I was like, ‘Isn’t this illegal?’ I don’t know, and it was really awkward, because I’m like a 19-year-old kid. She was 14! She was like my little sister. I wanted to make sure she was OK.” He went on to share that Kunis wrote about him in her diary when she was a teenager. “She thought I was cute!” he recalled. “At first I think she thought that I was good looking, and then shortly thereafter, I was just annoying to her, because I was like a big brother. It was like, ‘He’s annoying, because he’s always looking out for my best interest.”

Bachelor In Paradise Is Back!

The long awaited question has been answered! “Bachelor in Paradise” WILL resume filming, after an internal investigation revealed no evidence of sexual misconduct. But there will be a few changes that come from this incident. Producers did say they will, quote, “implement changes to the show’s policies and procedures to enhance and further ensure the safety and security of all participants.” Which, wouldn’t you think those actions would be unnecessary if in the end nobody did anything wrong? LOL but anyways… they also said they won’t release videotape of what happened, out of respect for the contestants involved. The show has decided not to name them, but we all know it was Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson based on previous articles and media outlets. Both have already opened up to the media about the situation and have given their sides of the story. “Us Weekly” claims that DeMario has been asked to return. There’s no word on Corinne. Which doesn’t surprise us based on her actions in her previous season on the Bachelor and how things have been going since the incident of bachelor in paradise… Corinne has a lawyer who is doing further investigations into the incident but he also isn’t surprised that the internal investigation found no wrongdoing. He does says HIS investigation will continue, based on, quote, “multiple new witnesses coming forward revealing what they saw and heard.” Corinne believes producers knew she was in no condition to consent to sexual activity, but let her mess around with DeMario anyways. She claims she didn’t even know it happened until someone told her it happened the next day.

Why Do We Spend Less On Father’s Day Gifts Than We Do On Mother’s Day Gifts?

It’s crazy that this is a thing but its true… Americans will spend an average of $135 on presents for dad on Father’s Day, compared to $186 on moms for Mother’s Day this year, according to the National Retail Federation. So why are we spending a third more on our moms? Well… Dr. Lars Perner, a consumer psychologist at the University of Southern California, tells the BBC that most of us simply think our mothers deserve better presents. “To some extent, wrong or right, mothers are often considered to be the biggest contributor to the home life,” he explains. “People tend to understand the sacrifices they make, that’s what you see. Moms have a special place in people’s hearts–there’s a special idea of what they offer the family.”  He adds that dads are “less interested in tangible tokens of appreciation” compared to moms. “I think fathers think they don’t really need expensive, showy trinkets, or anything like mom’s bouquet of flowers.” Perner explains. “They’re not typically gift oriented. They generally don’t expect anyone to feel an obligation to buy material items for them.”

In Honor Of Father’s Day: 5 Facts About Dads

The experience of being a dad in America is changing in important and sometimes surprising ways. In honor of Father’s Day this Sunday, here are six new finds about fathers from Pew Research Center:   Dads see parenting as central to their identity. Dads are just as likely as moms to say that parenting is extremely important to their identity. Some 57 percent of fathers say this, compared with 58 percent of mothers. Most dads seem to appreciate the benefits of parenthood — 54 percent report that parenting is rewarding all of the time, as do 52 percent of moms. Meanwhile, 46 percent of fathers and 41 percent of mothers say they find parenting enjoyable all of the time. Dads are much more involved in child care than they were 50 years ago.In 2015, fathers reported spending, on average, seven hours a week on child care — almost triple the time they provided back in 1965. And fathers put in about nine hours a week on household chores in 2015, up from four hours in 1965. By comparison, mothers spent an average of about 15 hours a week on child care and 18 hours a week on housework in 2015. It’s become less common for dads to be their family’s sole breadwinner. About a quarter of couples (27 percent) who live with children younger than 18 are in families where only the father works. This marks a dramatic change from 1970, when almost half of these couples (47 percent) were in families where only the dad worked. The share of couples living in dual-earner families has risen significantly, and now comprises the majority of two-parent families with children. Work-family balance is a challenge for many working fathers.Just like mothers, many of today’s fathers find it challenging to balance work and family life. About half of working dads (52 percent) say it is very or somewhat difficult to do so, a slightly smaller share than the 60 percent of working mothers who say the same. And about three-in-ten working dads (29 percent) say they “always feel rushed,” as do 37 percent of working mothers. Despite changing gender roles, many still perceive mothers as better equipped than fathers to care for children. When it comes to caring for a new baby, 53 percent of Americans say that, breast-feeding aside, mothers do a better job than fathers; only 1 percent of Americans say fathers do a better job than mothers. Another 45 percent say mothers and fathers do about equally well. Seven in 10 adults say it’s equally important for new babies to bond with their mother and their father. About one-fourth (27 percent) say it’s more important for new babies to bond with their moms, and 2 percent say it’s more important for new babies to bond with their fathers. Women are slightly more likely to say that it’s important for new babies to bond with both parents (74 percent vs. 68 percent of men).

Brantley Gilbert Shares The Powerful Meaning of A Fans Tattoo

“I’ve been wanting to do this for some time now. I’ve been to a couple shows here in Arizona but the last one I went to last year hit me hard. Last year I lost two of the most influential people in my life. One being Officer David Glasser, who was a good friend, family and squad mate of mine here at Phoenix PD. He was shot and killed in the line of duty on May 18, 2016. Three weeks after that I lost my Uncle Dave who was a father to me growing up. He lost his battle with cancer stemming directly from his tours in Vietnam. I have always loved the song “One Hell of an Amen” but at last years concert here in Phoenix it took on a new meaning to me. It was a few months after both deaths. It describes both these men and how they died to a T! It also describes how I feel knowing I will see them both again. Officer Glasser was killed fighting the evil of our society and my Uncle Dave was taken by cancer. Both died serving there country. Officer Glasser was a man of faith and believed he was here for a purpose. He leaves behind a wife, 8 year old son and a 3 year old daughter. My uncle fought to the end, never giving up. He leaves behind my Aunt and two adult daughters. Hearing that song will bring an immediate smile to my face with a tear in my eye. Even writing this makes my eyes water. It is the last song I listen to on my last workout of every week just as a reminder of them both and what they mean to me. It’s a reminder to myself to honor them and there memory anyway I can and with the life I live. Here is a tattoo I got before we left for Washington DC to honor and put Officer Glasser’s name on the National Police Officers Memorial Wall. The blue line (representing the thin blue line) starts with Officer Glasser’s initials and the green line (representing the Army) ends with my Uncles initials.” – Thomas Johnson, Phoenix PD #theonesthatlikeme #bgnation

A New Study Proves 41% of Women Won’t Date Someone With A Certain Type Of Pet

This is actually very surprising the amount of people who would choose not to date someone for this reason. A whopping 41 percent of women and 32 percent of men consider a badly-behaved pet to be a relationship dealbreaker, according to a new survey by Woodstream. In fact, overall, 31 percent of respondents see pet behavior as a reflection of the owner. Would you agree? Among the people who ended a relationship because of a pet, the #1 reason was the animal was creepy–engaging in behaviors like watching the couple have sex. Noisiness and dirtiness were listed as the second and third most offensive traits, respectively. So what animals are to blame for the demise of all these relationships? Forty-five percent blame the dog and 32 percent blame the cat. Meanwhile, 18 percent claim a snake has caused their romance to fizzle. So if youre single and you decide you want a pet… chose wisely! LOL
